WCA’s faculty are certified, subject-area experts — and just as importantly, people who believe every child deserves to be known, valued, and challenged. Teaching here is a calling, not just a profession.

Two rhythms keep the whole team aligned:

• Daily touchpoints with administration — real-time collaboration on academics, behavior, and student well-being, so no student falls through the cracks.
• Monthly all-team planning sessions — reviewing student outcomes, adjusting instruction, and sharing best practices as one faculty.
