At WCA, our computer class equips students with essential digital skills, focusing on fundamental concepts for effective computer use.

We cover basic coding, typing proficiency, and safe web navigation to ensure students develop confidence in technology.

At WCA, we prioritize not only academic excellence but also the development of strong character. While intellectual growth is important, we believe it is equally essential to cultivate kindness, respect, and an appreciation for our differences. Our Character Education Class is designed to help students build essential moral and ethical values that guide their behavior, decision-making, and interactions with others. Rooted in our four stoic cardinal virtues: Justice, Wisdom, Temperance, and Courage. We encourage students to live with integrity, responsibility, respect, and empathy. By nurturing these qualities, we prepare them to lead fulfilled lives as compassionate and principled individuals, both academically and personally. By integrating character education into our curriculum, we ensure that students not only achieve academic success but also grow into responsible, respectful, and ethical members of society, ready to make a positive impact on the world.

One of the most essential life skills we can teach our children is how to manage money wisely. At WCA, we provide students with a strong foundation in financial literacy, helping them understand the value of saving, investing, and making smart financial choices. Our curriculum covers key financial concepts such as debt management and personal financial statements, ensuring students develop responsible money habits. Additionally, they will explore the fundamentals of business by creating their own business plans, gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship. Through this practical approach, students will learn the importance of financial responsibility and how to build a secure and successful financial future.

Our Spanish curriculum focuses on conversation, grammar and vocabulary. Spanish is a valuable language to learn, providing added economic benefits and the ability to communicate and travel widely.

We have a deep appreciation for the arts and wholeheartedly embrace music in all its forms. Our students actively participate in choir, and in recent years, they have had the incredible opportunity to perform at Disney and in New York. Currently, we offer piano lessons, with plans to introduce additional instruments in the future. Our piano program is part of our after school offerings, while choir and music are integrated into our in-class curriculum. The music curriculum rotates each quarter to ensure as many students as possible can participate and benefit from the program.

Our Physical Education Program takes a traditional approach, encouraging students to stay active and engage in physical movement.

While WCA does not currently participate in competitive team sports, we introduce students to various sports, health, and fitness activities.

Our goal is to help students build confidence, respect, discipline, and mental resilience while developing lifelong skills for maintaining a healthy mind and body. Students enjoy daily recess and physical education, led by our Athletic Director.
